What kind of metals do you use?
We only use Sterling Silver or Gold Filled materials. These metals are hypoallergenic and tarnish resistant. Meaning, the jewelry pieces you purchase from us will last many years!
Gold Filled is much more durable than gold plated materials and retains its gold overtime. Instead of simply plating a base metal with a thin layer of gold, Gold Filled is formed by chemically bonding a layer of 10+k gold to at least 1/20 (5%) of the item’s total weight. With the proper care, these jewelry pieces will retain their gold for a lifetime.
Can I return or exchange my item?
If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to me directly using the form above. Be sure to provide your name, order date, and how we can make it right. We offer complimentary repairs within 60 days of delivery. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery of unworn jewelry pieces. Returns for refund are subject to a $3 return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are also available in the form of store credit.
Where does the name Brook & Lane come from?
It’s a nod to my maiden name, Brooke Lainhart. The Hart Link Bracelet was also derived from Lainhart.
